For TISSMAT, Read Economic Times app notifications thoroughly and google the finance terms you didn't understand.
TISSNET difficulty is in line with SSC CGL and less than the level of CAT.

For interview, Obviously prepare your background in internships, your undergrad, your work experience. Finally, Answer "I apologize, but I will surely read more about this" if you don't know the answer in interview.
