EP1: No Watering Crops in Stardew Valley Challenge - 1.5 Update Playthrough
EP1: No Watering Challenge is Stardew Valley is going to make this 1.5 Update Playthrough very difficult but I'm always up for a new challenge! I cover the start of Stardew Valley and it's intro, the Egg Hunt and First Festival of Stardew Valley and begin life on my new farm! In episode one, I throw away my watering can and plant crops, waiting for the first Rainy Day of Spring. This challenge of not watering my crops will be difficult, however using sprinklers and rain totems will make this easier. Today I cover my strategy for this playthrough and determine how I will play this let's play with being under some constraints.
I’ve wanted to start a Stardew Valley Playthrough on this channel for quite some time but I couldn’t just make it a regular playthrough like my ones on Twitch. This challenge is going to be difficult and is likely to be extremely random. Rain in this game changes year to year and season to season. I have put together a list and even done some math to gauge what I should expect from this playthrough. Rain is an unpredictable element of Stardew Valley. I could get very dry months or months filled with rain, this randomness will make this series even harder. Each Season has different Rain Cycles. Rain never occurs on the first day of every month. All of the Seasons could have different total days of rain as these numbers are somewhat based on chance. I may also have rainier seasons as storms can last multiple days. Fingers crossed that they do. In today’s video we focus in on Spring.
