How to Add Featured Page Content?
This screencast demonstrate "Featured Page Content".

Go to "Appearance - Customize - Featured Content" and then enable Featured content and select content type as "Featured Page Content". Finally select the page that you have create for featured page content and click on "Save & Publish"
