In this video, we’ll demonstrate how administrators can add users and associate them with security policies in the OneLogin portal.

To start, we’ll create roles, which serve to bucket together applications. Users may have multiple roles. For instance, a user may be both a manager and work within the marketing team. In this example, we’ll enable every user associated to the marketing role to access the Salesforce app. We’ll also establish a security policy to govern the role.

Administrators can select a variety of policy criteria. We’ll walk through controls for password expiration, length and complexity, and password history.

Once we’ve defined security policies, we’ll show you how to add users. In this video, we add users manually, but you can always add users to OneLogin directly from your organization’s directory. Let’s get started!
