QuickBoks Desktop Receivables Add Edit Multiple Customers
This QuickBooks desktop training tutorial will show you how to add multiple customers at once into the QuickBooks Desktop customer center. This window is separate from the add new customer window. Originally, you could only add 1 customer at a time. Now, with this feature, add/edit multiple customers, you can import from excel your customer list with your customer data. You can add many at 1 time if you line up the data fields in excel or Microsoft access to be in line with the columns in the add/edit multiple customer window. You can customize columns to match the data fields of your customer information. If customers have the same information in the same filed, like same city, then you can “copy down” to save time.
