Chelsea Burton Dunn is a Kansas City native—Missouri side, which absolutely matters if you ask a local. She’s a mom of two, married to her favorite human, and shares her home with three snuggly cats and one very enthusiastic eater of a dog. Drawn to the strange from the start, Chelsea fell hard for paranormal, supernatural, and fantasy stories, and never grew out of it (despite what everyone hoped). She began writing young, even finishing a vampire novel in high school, and is now bringing that story back to life. A former opera chorus kid turned dark storyteller, Chelsea writes about love, loss, and the chaos in between, with a touch of magic and monsters, because as she’s always said, the ones in her head deserve their turn on the page.
