How To Build a Spinner Controller for Neo Geo MVS / AES / CD
Video tutorial about how to build a Neo Geo spinner controller with the NG Spinner Board and the SpinTrak spinner device. After the build this controller can be used to play the games Hypernoid (on Neo Geo MVS, AES, CD) or Pop 'n Bounce (on Neo Geo MVS) with rotary controls. A detailed Parts & Tools list and my layout plan (for spinner and button holes) is provided below.

Wooden Box with a (minimum) size of 11 x 17 x 8 cm or 4.33 x 6.70 x 3.15 inches (W x L x H)
3 x Arcade Push Buttons (30 mm Seimitsu PS-14-GN)
Ribbon of Multicolored Breadboard Jumper Wires (with Female to Male Plugs)
Neo Geo Joystick Extension Cable
2 x Screws (with a 2.5 mm head and a length of 20 mm)
(only if needed) female D-Sub replacement plug (DB15, 15-pin, 2 rows)
Tools List:
Soldering Iron Kit + Solder Wire
Digital Multimeter
Cross Head + Flat Head Screwdrivers
Wire Stripper/Cutter Tool
Spike Tool (for marking the drilling holes)
Electric Drill + 6 mm Wood Drill Bit + 28 mm Hole Saw Bit (for drilling the spinner/button holes)
Waterproof Felt Marker (for marking the D-Sub Adapter hole)
Scalpel Knife and 8 mm Thread Cutter Bit (for cutting the D-Sub Adapter hole)
10 mm Transparent Adhesive Tape
(optional) Kitchen Sponge + Paper Towel (for cleaning the box)
(optional) 320 Grit Wet/Dry Sandpaper Sheet (if you want to paint your box)
(optional) Semi-Gloss Varnish Paint and Paint Brushes (if you want to paint your box)
