Find the right events to transfer grand total rounding fields to quote and order models and finish the checkout process with the correct amounts in the database.
Grand total rounding total is a new total in the system that makes it possible to round the order total amount to an integer value for currencies that don't work with the decimal parts or price (like Czech Koruna).
