Bishop David J. Walkowiak - Homily, Chrism Mass 2024
On March 26, 2024, Bishop David J. Walkowiak celebrated the annual Chrism Mass at the Cathedral of Saint Andrew. This Mass occurs every Holy Week in every Catholic diocese and archdiocese around the world. During the Chrism Mass, the three oils, Oil of the Sick, Oil of Catechumens, and Sacred Chrism, are blessed for the coming year. Additionally, the priests and deacons renew their vows of obedience to their bishop and their commitment to serve the faithful.
