Rare live voices on KIH42 - 8-15-2011
Donna took the day off, so one of the National Weather Service's employees in Wilmington, OH had to fill in. Especially unusual considering that the Paul voice would usually have been used for such an occasion - perhaps that speech synthesizer was down as well.
