Star Wars: Dark Forces - "Secret Base" (TFE)
Today is a special day. As Lucius has finally released 1.0 of The Force Engine. So in order to celebrate I am redoing my walkthrough from nearly a decade ago using TFE instead of DosBox. We have actual widescreen support. GPU Renderering, better frame rate that doesn't mess up the logic.
Dark Forces introduces us to one of the most famous and influential characters to the Star Wars mythos, Kyle Katarn. In his early days with the Rebel Alliance just before the Battle of Yavin. This former Imperial Stormtrooper turned mercenary has been hired to infiltrate a secret base on the planet, Danuta. Inside holds the plans for the Empire's most dangerous superweapon, The Death Star Battle Station.
