Formlabs Form 1 Small Stereolithography 3d Printer
I take a look at the Form 1 SL printer at CES with a closeup of the process. This process uses a laser and a tank of fluid that becomes solid when exposed to light. This process is high in detail when compared to FDM machines in its same class. Fdm is different because it extrudes material a layer at a time versus this process where it just solidifys material with a laser.
