The BEST workout advice for Beginners or people who CAN’T stay in-shape.
This is the best advice I can give to beginners who are looking to get in-shape or reach their fitness goals, matter of fact ALL people who trying to trying to achieve that perfect body should hear this. I go over the MOST important things that separate the people with a fit body vs those who don't. It took me a long time of ups and downs with my body to figure out the secret to getting real results.
