I feel like most of the time I hear or read about people discussing anime movies, the conversations usually revolve around Studio Ghibli in general but sometimes Satoshi Kon and MAYBE Makoto Shinkai. I have been watching a lot of anime films recently and have been trying to stay away from the more well known directors and also Ghibli. Not because there's anything wrong with watching what's popular, but just because I want to expose myself to a wider variety of work. Anyway, here are three of what I would say have been the most memorable movies I've watched in the past week or so: Night is Short, Walk on Girl, Tekkonkinkreet and Mind Game
