$2 ELF Brow Pencil | Affordable Favorites
Recently, I ran out of my favorite brow pencil and couldn't find a replacement, which you know it the absolute worst! It's always such a struggle finding a new product with the right color, formula and application technique you like. I stumbled upon this $2 gem and decided to give it a try.
