Smacking pest birds with my FX Impact MK2 (edited)
Back at the Starlings farm to stretch out my FX Impact MK2. It took me a few shots to get back in the groove again to shoot pest birds at longer ranges.
It seems to be the case after shooting rats at shorter ranges that my long game would suffer for a bit. Shooting at longer distance does require more concentration with my follow through and reading the wind properly. Luckily it didn't take me long before I was able to judge the wind and start dropping pest birds repeatedly.
My MK2 was shooting the H&N 25gr Gen 2 slugs consistently and accurately with 52ft.lb of muzzle energy. Pest birds didn't stand a chance as long as I did my part.
