Psychogenic Non-Epileptic Seizures

Psychogenic seizures are very common in daily practice. 40% of seizure patients diagnosed with epilepsy by doctors, after further evaluation, are found to have psychogenic seizures, not epileptic seizures.
Psychogenic seizures are the primary differential diagnosis to consider in seizure patients, especially if the patient is female.
