MACADAMIA RUG - Step-by-step crochet rug | filet crochet fantasy stitch
MACADAMIA RUG. An excellent model to use as a doormat or to make a large rug for the living room.
I used a fantasy stitch with only single crochets and made the entire rug with double yarn and a 5 mm hook, but you can make it with single yarn or t-shirt yarn following the same video.
MATERIALS
Barroco Maxcolor yarn No.6 by @Círculo S/A
Rug size: 0.48 x 1.27 m
Color: 8001 - 500g
Color: 7727 - 600g
(To make a doormat, you will need only 200g of each color)
5.0 mm crochet hook (use Círculo Soft)
Scissors and tapestry needle for cutting and finishing
ATTENTION: No need to count the initial chains. If you want stripes lengthwise, make the chain the length of the rug. If you want stripes widthwise, make the initial chain the width of the rug.
