1. First, from a 20x20x1.5 mm pipe, you need to make two 600x600 mm angles and two 570x570 mm angles.
2. Now you need to make 6 arcs. ATTENTION!!! You don't need a pipe bender to make them! There are many ways to do it without one! The main thing is to shape the first arc so it's close to a perfect circle, and then use this finished arc as a template.
3. The finished arcs are marked, cut, and welded into the finished angles.
4. Weld two frames (large and small) together and weld two medium arches into them.
5. Drill 8.5 mm diameter holes in the corners.
6. Cut the polycarbonate sheet into three pieces.
7. First, screw the piece to the side panels and then trim it. To the small frame, all the polycarbonate is attached with self-tapping screws with a press washer, while to the large frame, roofing screws with a rubber washer can be used.
8. The greenhouse back panels are also attached in the same way – first screw them in place, then trim them. The back panel covers the ends of the side panels.
9. Fasten the frames together with a gap, tightening the nuts.
10. If airtightness is very important, attach a rubber or plastic strip, similar to those used in shower enclosures; they are sold in plumbing supply stores. You can also screw on handles made of 1.5-2 mm thick sheet metal.
