SOME NOTES:
You can rearrange your properties as many times as you want during your turn, but only on your turn. This is a good strategy for maximizing rent collection, or prevent stealing, by leaving your property sets complete or incomplete, depending on which action cards have been played.
Debt Collector: If you have the new version (green backs), the Debt Collector card collects $3 MIL, instead of $5 MIL.
