I'm Marilyn Arroyo...and I'm sitting at my house ready to move!
My house was paid off. I don't HAVE to move. I just wanted to move.
Once I got the idea in my head, I thought you know? I don't feel like making the repairs that need to be done. I'm ready to downsize and find my dream home. I'm ready to move.

I never thought I'd be able to close on this house AND close on another so quickly.
