Simple "Cone" Drip Irrigation
The Konus adjustable drip irrigation kit is one of the most affordable and reliable. A well-known TV show even named it the most convenient for automatic home watering—a near-miracle of technology. However, adjusting the drip rate is very difficult. Furthermore, the bottom of the bottle must be cut off—otherwise, atmospheric pressure will prevent the water from flowing.
Overall, after extensive testing, we decided that neither the price nor the ease of use justify this "miracle of technology" and recommend using more complex automatic drip irrigation systems.
