The Abyss water slide is a 50 foot drop from the top of the Power Tower which is close to the Mayan Temple. The ride is completely dark at the beginning and then there is a short blast of light and then more darkness until you come through a waterfall to greet you at the end of the slide. From the waterfall you walk through the pool which has aquariums to the left and straight ahead.
This is the only slide at the Power Tower that you can not use an inner tube. The other rides, The Surge, The Drop, and The Falls at the Power Tower require it.
