The materials for its manufacture are as follows:
A wicket from a professional pipe 40 by 20 with a wall thickness of 2 millimeters (the main frame is a frame).
Also, a forged wicket must have elements of artistic forging purchased by the customer earlier in the forging shop.
The gate should be made of a metal euro picket fence, since the fence fence is made of it.
Otherwise, when creating a wicket from a picket fence, everything is at my discretion.?
Well, let's get started:
A gate with do-it-yourself forging elements is quite real. To do this, I went to a forging store and bought ready-made elements for cold and hot forging. Namely:
8 - peak.
1 - basket, bump.
4 - leaflet.
1 flower into which a roller was inserted from a bearing of the required diameter, but you can buy a ready-made ball of the required diameter. I just have a video and I use it for editing.
A decorative metal strip for clamps to hide weld seams where possible.
Torsion bar from a square 10 mm.
A ready-made element from 10 squares.
The square is 10 by 10 mm corpulent.
Profile pipe 15 by 15 millimeters from which I made a drawing for the lower part of the gate.
2 - the handles for the wicket were made from a broken drill bit for concrete with a diameter of 25 mm. And 20.5 centimeters long.
Connected to the frame using a 10 x 10 mm square twisted into a torsion bar.
When I started work, I thought that a gate made of metal with my own hands would not take much time and effort, but how wrong I was. Everything had to be adjusted every element to make the gate and the drawing look good and beautiful.
The gate to the fence took about 5 days to manufacture.
The iron gate turned out to be weighty, of course, I did not weigh it, but about 20 kilograms - an iron gate cannot be said in one word.
