How to fix misaligned handlebar with wheel and Lock Cylinder on EVEONS G Max
You will need a 4mm Allen Key, a Flat Tip screwdriver (the bigger the better) and maybe some locktite before tightening them back in. The alignment procedure is similar to any bicycle/bike with a wheel and handlebar. You will have to use flat tip screwdriver to bring back lock cylinder to its original position so it goes all the way down.
