My experience with this little Douk Audio DDC was that for the asking price of $70, you can get a nice upgrade to your PC based sound system.
The Douk Audio U2 Pro (2025 version) takes a USB C input and gives you Optical Toslink, Digital Coaxial and I2S outputs to connect to your DAC or integrated receiver.
