Retro Computing: Commodore 64: "TheC64" Brand new modern C64
Got this a few days ago and although I was tempted to get a video out with the early birds, decided to let my thoughts and ideas ferment prior to making this video. I wanted to do a bit more than the other videos out there by testing some real floppy, tape and cartridge images and this lead to my longest video ever. In many ways I wanted to dislike this machine but I ended up really liking it despite a few minor niggles. If you don't like long videos, just watch in 10 minute chunks and you'll get there in the end. I also compare the machine to other modern c64 solutions and test a few games.
