The Fed increased interest rates recently and there are more interest rate increases coming up. In this video I discuss why they are doing this to combat inflation and how it affects your consumer debt (credit cards, car notes), mortgage, stocks and bonds.

The Fed raised the interest rate a few months ago and just this week raised it again. There are talks of a few more raises before the end of the year!

I also share some tips on things you can do to shield yourself against these increases the cost of debt and will have a direct impact on your plan to get out of debt (whether you are using the debt snowball or debt avalanche approach).
