Titans of Tailgate with The Hot Box BBQ
my buddy James invited me to the Titans of Tailgate event at the Sunken Gardens Theatre in San Antonio Texas. James is the owner of The Hot Box BBQ. Currently they're at Besame offering up some DELICIOUS Slow & Low BBQ dishes. for this event, we made a Texas Cheese Steak Slider. slow and low brisket chopped and served with poblano peppers, onions, corn, house made queso and their signature BBQ sauce.
the event was a blast, got to hang with some of my favorite Cheffy friends after the event which is always a good time!
