1. Download the archive https://bit.ly/2JLMaBI and unpack it in any place convenient for you
2. Open the folder SEKIRO_FPS, and run Steamless.exe
3. Specify the path to our Sekiro.exe in the folder with the game, click Unpack File, ready.
4. Open the folder SEKIRO_FPS, and run any patch to choose from (for example, Unlocked_FPS_v2)
5. Specify the path to our unpacked Sekiro.exe, click Start, ready.
6. Forcibly disable Vertical Sync for the game in the driver panel, I think with this you should have no problems.
7. Run and play.
