This is another video in the Walking Through London series, where I take a stroll through the city so you can feel like you're walking with me, observing the places, the people, and listening to the sounds of the English capital. But it's also a new type of walk I want to do from time to time, called a Pub Walk. I got the inspiration from a book I bought a while ago; a pub walk involves walking through beautiful and historic places and visiting a pub along the way. The walk in this video was done on a spring Sunday. We left from Waterloo station and walked along the River Thames, saw the Tate Modern, the Millennium Bridge, St. Paul's Cathedral, Shakespeare's Globe, passed through Borough Market before arriving at The George, a historic pub built in the 17th century. And after having a beer and lunch, we returned to the station on the other side of the river, enjoying a little more of this wonderful London.
