So im been researching tweaks around for 3 weeks
and come to this at latencymon: AVG - Process 2Micro - DPC 0.6Micro
there more tweaks around for bios

basic metro apps(LTSC-Like even less) to make it functionally, the rest is removed completely
I left most of the metro apps so u can play on xbox and such
u will need to enable the appxsvc to install those metro apps, From powershell after locate the folder:
run this:
Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "AppXManifest.xml"
