After installing from the manager
you can activate your comfyui environment
and install the extra packages needed
pip install --no-cache-dir -U openmim
mim install mmengine
mim install "mmcv=2.0.1"
mim install "mmdet=3.1.0"
mim install "mmpose=1.1.0"
easiest for the modeles is to download with this script
huggingface-cli download --resume-download TMElyralab/MuseV --local-dir ComfyUI/models/diffusers/TMElyralab/MuseV
