About IMAF festival:
International Multimedial Art Festival – IMAF is an annual event dedicated to performance art. International Festival of Multimedial Arts – IMAF has created a context in which different artists of various nationalities and age come together and, through their individual work, create a variety of research and suggestions on the medium of body and performance. As such, IMAF is not merely a festival, but a place where new ideas and conditions of performance, in the broader sense of art, become evolutionarily classified and researched. About performance:
My performances are closely related to the happening, where the main thing for me is the interaction and dialogue with the audience. Photography and video serve to show my way of seeing artistically where I am. In these situations I try to impregnate the happening.
In this project I want to insinuate that we are how we see ourselves, we are how they see us and how we think they see us. This statement leads me to play with a marked blurring of my own image, opening a self-reflection on how I show myself , and how the changes I make will change the perception of others about me. In A Leopard never changes it's spots, I show both faces, how I want to be seen and how I am seen, but the blur helps me hide the face that the light never hits.
