How To Change Windows 7 Login Screen
Hey everyone today I'll be showing you how to change your Windows 7 Logon/Login screen to a different background. All you have to do is download a program. The picture size should be 245kb but it can be more because this program changes the size of any picture and makes it into the background. Sorry about the sound it went a little off sync.
