My First Pokémon Emerald Nuzlocke
I grew up playing Pokémon games, especially the first three generations. There are so many memories for me there, BUT I have never attempted a Nuzlocke run.
I am not an expert on Pokémon, I am going into this with nothing but Nostalgia, and a plucky attitude.
if you don't know, a Pokémon Nuzlocke run is a playthrough of a Pokémon game whereby you stick to a set of rules. Normal rules people stick to are:
If your Pokémon Dies, it is gone, It cannot be used again
You can only catch the first new Pokémon you encounter in each new area
No items to be used in battles (expect held items)
Battle mode in set mode
You must name every Pokémon you catch
No over levelling (level cap is next gym leaders ace Pokémon
In today's video, we learn just how hard a Nuzlocke run can be, and how much heart break it takes along the way!
