Greyna = Margrit
Introduction: Before this quest, Niellen’s wife, Hanna, had already died, and Niellen asked you to find her. During your search, Hanna's sister, Margrit, will try to stop you from finding Hanna. You can choose to refuse Margrit's interference and continue searching for clues about Hanna until you locate the werewolf den and venture inside. It turns out that the werewolf is Niellen, who is completely unaware that he has eaten his own wife. After defeating the werewolf, you face two choices:
(1)Kill the Werewolf (Nielen):
If you decide to kill Nielen, you prevent him from killing Margrit. Nielen dies, and Margrit survives. However, she is angry at Nielen for killing her husband and the other villagers, but she eventually leaves the area. This choice leads to the death of the werewolf but saves the woman, albeit with a bitter outcome for her.
(2)Let the Werewolf Kill the Woman (Margrit):
If you choose to let Nielen kill Margrit, he takes his revenge on her, fulfilling his desire for vengeance because of her betrayal (since she was involved with Nielen’s brother, whom she loved more). After killing Margrit, Nielen expresses regret and guilt over what he's done. You can only kill him afterward.

Since the werewolf mutagen can be obtained through other means, you can decide whether to let Margrit die, as the only difference between the two choices is Margrit's survival.

There is no best solution; this is a moral dilemma, and the choice is yours to make.
If you lie to Niellen and tell him that his wife is already dead, the villagers will eventually notice that both Nillen and Margrit are dead, but there are no detailed explanations of how they died (perhaps Nillen committed suicide in the end).
