Albanian Armed Forces Training for Parachute Drop after 30 Years
Armed Forces have started training for combat operations, including free parachute drop at an altitude of 5,000 meters.
The Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Arben Kingji, shared on social networks the video of one of the soldiers doing the free parachute jump. Kingji says that these trainings are held for the first time after nearly 30 years.
"The training of personnel is one of the objectives of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Albania. For the first time in nearly 30 years, tactical free parachute drop at an altitude of 5,000 meters has been included in training for combat operations", said Kingji.
