Don't work in 3.25 PoE - How to get - Trigger a Socketed Spell when you Use a Skill - Recipe
Welcome to the short guide on how to get Crafting Recipe "Trigger a Socketed Spell when you Use a Skill, with an 8-second Cooldown. Spells Triggered this way have 150% more Cost". This mod is a suffix, the crafting bench cost is 3 chaos and it can be crafted on all weapons.

In 3.25 the way we learn this recipe is changed!! It is no longer by unveiling weapons, now we can pick it up in Act 9 - The Refinery

To learn this recipe there is a slow and fast way. If you don't want to spend currency, you can just do syndicate encounters, every time you unveil any weapons, with veiled suffix, you will have a chance to learn this recipe. Depending on your luck this can take a huge time. To learn this recipe faster, you can buy weapons with veiled suffix from trade.
On the official Path of Exile trade page select any weapon and in stat filters, search for veiled of the veil. This way you will search for all weapons with the veiled suffix. Sometimes when you search for this weapon, this page is slow with updating already sold items and you may need to whisper 10 or even more people before someone replies. To deal with this, I prefer to use live search. I would set my max b/o price and activate the Live search. This way I will get a sound notification as soon as a weapon with a veiled suffix under my b/o price is posted on trade.
