How to solve: Double M Ring / Hanayama Metal Puzzle

Step 1 - Lift one double M ring above the other ring. Both rings will have a larger curve around the top portion of the ring. Position your rings to ensure that 1 ring is facing with their curve up and the opposite ring is facing downward.
Because the pieces are identical, they should look like a reflection of each other.
Step 2 - Turn the top ring 90 degrees
Step 3 - The bottom pieces needs to be slid through the tops pieces large loop.
Step 4 - Slide the two butts together and you have them separated.
