This is a Footage, from a secret level of the SM64 BETA. This level is from a supposed hidden or Abandoned city. This level would be the inspiration for the flooded city of the Final Level Wet-Dry World, which is below the main part of the final level. You can also see Pink Bob-Bombs. They will ask you for some things as a task to solve and if you do it, they will give you a Power Star as a Reward. There are also some Boo Ghosts wandering around the city.
and... I think that would be the entire summary of this Level.
