Today we have a videojet 6330 in the shop. This videojet dataflex printer came in with the ribbon break error. I talked to the customer over the phone and discussed the possible causes which we go over in this video. He decided to just send the printer my way. I am glad he did I got to break down this error and show you in real time how I fix these printers and the thought process behind it.
This printer didn't have a bad, nor a bad motor. It was actually a cassette issue and not a common too.
