Walk around abandoned Canberra Tralee Speedway track 2019 - Fraser Park - Pepsi Power Dome
Took me a while to find it and was heavily secured with cameras but finally made it to the old Tralee raceway or what's left of it. Tralee Speedway opened in 1970 and was a "D" shaped oval made of a dolomite and clay mix. Many types of cars raced at Tralee - super modifieds, Sprintcars, Speedcars, three quarter midgets (TQs, later to be named Formula 500s), stock cars, Solos, Sidecars, and productions sedans. Tralee closed in 1997 and is now sitting rotting.
