Mark joined Pinacl in 2008 with responsibility for Sales and Marketing, since then has taken on the role of Strategic Relations Director and Business Development Director. Mark has considerable personal involvement with strategic customers and suppliers, providing Director level support and engagement; to help deliver an exceptional level of customer experience, while taking personal responsibility to provide a true sense of partnership with Pinacl.
Mark has enjoyed over 25 years of success in the industry and has a true belief in Pinacl’s approach and ability to understand customer’s strategic plans and challenges. Using these foundations to help customers unlock possibilities and create the right outcomes and solution.
Technology has always been at the heart of Mark's career and together with Alasdair Rettie has spearheaded Pinacl's IoT strategy and development plans.
