REDUCE Homelab Tech Support - Use BookStack
Hosting your own services has a LOT of upsides. With those upsides, come downsides. One of the parts of self-hosting I was least excited for was providing tech support to friends and family using my services. That is why I decided to use BookStack to create a manual for my users. That way they can set up and troubleshoot their own technical difficulties before reaching out to me.
