I never smoked but I have smokers lines.
I did drink through straws and I whistled a lot, though 🫣
Add a little flesh tone liner along the lip line to distract from them.
Opt for more of a gloss in leu of a dark matte lippy which has a tendency to bleed accentuating the lines.
