‘1920 Scoot’ mini replica set for safari
Like Burt Munro, Jeff Cameron believes five minutes on a "motorsickle" at full throttle offers more life than many experience in a lifetime.
The Allanton builder spent 10 weeks turning a wrecked 125cc Suzuki scooter into a miniature replica of the Munro Special Indian 1920 Scout, dubbed the "1920 Scoot."
Mr. Cameron said it may not be as fast as Munro’s bike, but it looks the part and is thrilling to ride at its top speed of about 90 km/h
