Darshi Telugu Desam Party in-charge Dr. Gottipati Lakshmi inaugurated the ground-breaking ceremony for the side drains and newly installed street lights in Shivraj Nagar and Sai Nagar in Darshi Municipal limits on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Lakshmi said that the 18-month rule of our coalition government will be popular with the aim of meeting the needs of the people in our public government. The efforts of our beloved Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, and IT Education Minister Nara Lokesh Babu to make Andhra State a golden Andhra and to attract investments are beneficial for the future of all of us. She said that we saw this in Visakhapatnam yesterday and that the people should support and admire the government that is running with two eyes, welfare and development as the goal. Darsi town was neglected by the previous rulers. In our coalition government, we have been able to develop it as a second grade municipality. We are giving a lot of importance to the creation of infrastructure. Development programs are underway with an investment of about 5 crores for roads, drains and electrical facilities. In the last five years, the government under which we work, except for the destruction of anarchy, has created chaos between castes and religions and has destroyed it without development. We are moving forward with the development agenda in our coalition government again. We are also announcing that Anna Canteen will soon be opened in Darsi town. I would like to reiterate that I am working as a public servant with the aim of transforming Darsi region into a development region, inspired by the hard work of our alliance leaders Chandrababu, Pawan Kalyan and Lokesh.
