Google Firebase Project Setup | Chrome Extension Development
Today we are going to go through a Google Firebase project setup. First we need to configure a few things in order for our Chrome extension to work.
We need to configure a Firebase Google sign-in method so users can log in to our app through their synced Chrome account. Also we need to generate an OAuth key in order for us to use the chrome.identity.getAuthToken() function. Lastly, we're going to initialize our Firebase function so we can start coding that out!
