Lego Exhibition Fights at RABID
Last March, I arrived with my Lego bots at the RABID robot fighting league (Richmond Area Bot Integrated Destruction) and had an amazing time with the competitors. Although RABID only hosted antweight classes at this event, I was able to sneak in some Lego exhibition matches.
This summer, the CRBL will be hosting two Lego robot fighting events. The first event will be held alongside the next RABID event, and our second event will once again take place at the BrickFair Lego convention.
CRBL SEASON 4 AT RABID:
This event will be a one day event on July 20th, and it will take place in Richmond Virginia. This event will take the form of a double elimination tournament with no preliminary fights. Registration for this event can be accessed here: https://forms.gle/HG789QWSmSHUfiMM6
CRBL SEASON 5 AT BRICKFAIR:
This event will be a three day event from August 2nd through August 4th, taking place in Chantilly Virginia. Preliminary fights will begin on Friday night and end on Saturday, with the tournament taking place on Sunday. Please note that this event will not be open for public viewing on Friday. Mail in entrants will be open for each event, although each robot must be approved prior to being sent.
